Our transdisciplinary Engineering curriculum focuses on the fundamentals of data science & Analytics, including programming, arithmetic, statistical modeling, machine learning, and data management courses. Students study all areas of the data science & analytics process, from data gathering and data understanding to model creation and model validation, as well as how to communicate and think critically through real-world applications. 

The Data Science & Analytics specialty teaches students how to do intelligent data analysis, which is a critical component in many commercial applications and in supporting business decisions. The program is designed to meet the industry’s ever-changing needs and demands. Data Science & Analytics are among the most in-demand specialists in the IT industry, with the demand for talented technocrats in that discipline outperforming that of other IT occupations.
